We are anticipating a huge crowd! Gates open at 5:45. Cardinal fans are encouraged to wear red. We will have Chick-Fil-A sandwiches (increased supply) at concessions.

Busy weekend for the Cardinals! Here is a quick reminder on information for the weekend.
Volleyball- First match on Friday begins at 8:30 am at the Hutchinson Sports Arena. Grand Entry is at 7:45 am.
Football- Bracket game vs. Colby begins Friday at 6:00 pm.
Band- KBA Marching Band Festival at Hutch, Gowans Stadium, preliminary performance is at 3:00 pm.
Cross Country- Rim Rock Farm, Lawrence, KS- boys run at 11:10, girls run at 12:55.

Game announcement- the JV football game scheduled for today in Garden Plain has been moved to now be a HOME game. Game time is 6:00 and will be played at Cardinal Stadium.
Cardinal Club Block Party is Friday Aug. 25. Get out and support the Cardinals prior to activities starting. See you there!

We are looking for individuals to join the team and help make the upcoming school year a a successful one! Cheney Schools are hiring Bus Drivers for the 2023-24 school year. Join USD 268 staff and community members on Monday afternoon at the White Barn to celebrate the retirement of Superintendent David Grover! The reception will be come and go from 2:30-3:30. Mr. Grover has successfully lead our district for the past eleven years and we look forward to sending him out in style!
